Membership Terms and Refund Policy

1. Membership Types

We offer Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime Membership options.

Purchasing any membership means you agree to all terms in this Agreement.

2. Lifetime Memberships – Final Sale

2.1 Non-Refundable

All Lifetime Membership purchases are final and non-refundable under all circumstances.

This includes:

  • Dissatisfaction
  • Change of circumstances
  • Non-use
  • Accidental purchase
  • Any other reason

2.2 Chargeback Waiver

You expressly waive all rights to dispute or reverse charges for Lifetime Membership purchases.

All fees are considered earned immediately upon purchase.

3. Monthly and Annual Membership Subscriptions

3.1 Recurring Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

3.2 Cancellation Terms

You may cancel at any time, but:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • No prorated credits will be provided
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle

3.3 No Retroactive Cancellations

Unused access does not qualify for refunds or credits.

4. Cancellation Procedure

To cancel, submit a request through your account dashboard or follow the cancellation instructions provided by American Apostille Association.

Access will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.

5. Payment Authorization & Dispute Waiver

5.1 Payment Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

5.2 No Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or reversals for valid membership fees.

5.3 Legal Enforcement

If you attempt an unauthorized chargeback, we reserve the right to pursue:

  • The original fee
  • Legal damages
  • Administrative and collection costs
  • Attorneys’ fees

6. Binding Effect

This Membership Refund Policy is part of the legally binding Terms and Conditions and is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
